World of Nature

Does anyone know if these little fibers you see in Noro Silk Garden are little peices of grass or if they are little silk fibers? (See the darker section in the close up below):

Do they call it "World of Nature" because they just leave all of the little peices of vegetable matter the sheep and goats have been rolling around in intact when they spin the yarn or what?

I love the stuff anyway. I love the crazy nature feel of it and I love the way the colors change. I've been addicted to this multidirectional scarf and I can't stop knitting even though I should be packing. It's so fun!

Here is another picture:

So I'm going to be experiencing my own world of nature next week in Northern Michigan. I'm renting a cabin on Lake Michigan with my family and it's going to be soooo nice. James and I are also packing up a Uhaul full of crap (we have so much crap) and moving it up to Michigan to put in storage. The plan is to move up there some time in the next six months or so to be closer to my family. In the meantime we have to get our house ready to put on the market, which means getting rid of a lot of crap.

Needless to say I've got a lot of work to do. I'll be back on September 13, probably with a lot more yarn from Threadbear and some finished objects to show off.
